I designed this to fit directly into your stock ashtray mount. With no modifications or tools needed.  Take the ashtray out and stick in your new cup holder.  It locks in place so it can't fall out. The rest of the hole is filled with a slide in cubby that fits snugs but is easy to remove.  I'm including two options for purchase: One that comes with stainless steel cup holders, the other you can personalize if you wish or just leave them the default black (available in my store).
