Refund policy

Returns are accepted for up to 30 days. Item most arrive in the same shape it was sent in, or the refund will be reduced. Refund amount is determined by if the item can be resold. It's recommended to fully photograph the item at all angles before shipping. Make sure to package with protected materials to ensure no damage in transit. If no part of the item can be used for resale it may result in no refund. If the item is damaged during shipping, then it has to be photographed when you open it, and I will need photos of the package at all angles and the packaging materials. The shipping providers insures the item during shipping, but they request the pictures as proof in order to receive money back. 

Exchanges are excepted for 14 days if the item was damaged in shipping or wasn't personalized the way you requested. See returns for details about damaged during shipping requirements.
